This Privacy Policy explains how K Visual SIA (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the Yuzu VPN mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Application” or “Service”).
By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Application.
1. Overview
Yuzu VPN is designed to provide VPN access and related features such as server selection, connection status, Speed Test, and My IP.
We do not require you to create an account, register, or log in to use the Application.
We do not collect or store your browsing history, the content of your internet traffic, DNS queries, websites you visit, or the files, messages, or content you transmit through the VPN connection.
We do not sell your personal data.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
When you use the VPN Service, we do not collect or store:
- browsing history
- websites or apps you access through the VPN
- DNS queries
- the content of your internet traffic
- files, messages, or communications transmitted through the VPN
- permanent VPN activity logs linked to you
account credentials, because the Application does not use accounts.
3. Information We May Process
Although we do not keep VPN browsing logs, the Application may process limited information necessary to operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Service.
3.1 Technical Information
The Application and our backend may process limited technical information, such as:
- device type
- operating system version
- app version
- language and region settings
- connection status
- selected VPN server or region
- diagnostic information
- crash or error data
approximate network information required to operate the VPN connection.
This information is used to provide the Service, maintain app functionality, diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
3.2 IP Address
Your IP address may be processed temporarily when you connect to the Service or use features such as My IP, Speed Test, server selection, or VPN connection.
We do not use your IP address to build a browsing profile or store your browsing activity.
3.3 Information You Provide Manually
If you contact us or submit information manually, for example through a support request, feedback form, or similar feature, we may process the information you choose to provide.
This may include your email address, message text, screenshots, diagnostic details, or other information you decide to send to us.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
3.4 Subscription and Purchase Information
The Application uses Apple App Store payment infrastructure for subscriptions.
We do not process your payment card details directly. Apple handles payment processing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds according to Apple’s own terms and policies.
We may receive limited subscription-related information from Apple or our subscription management provider, such as subscription status, product identifier, renewal status, trial or introductory offer status, transaction identifiers, and related purchase events. This information is used to provide paid access, manage subscription status, prevent fraud, and support customer service.
3.5 Advertising Identifier and Tracking Permission
The Application may request permission to access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
Providing this permission is optional. If you decline permission, the Application will continue to function.
If permission is granted, the IDFA may be used for attribution, analytics, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, or similar purposes, depending on the third-party tools integrated into the Application.
You can change your tracking permission at any time in your iOS device settings.
4. VPN Servers and Backend
VPN servers are operated or controlled by the Service Provider.
The Application may communicate with our backend to receive server lists, configuration data, subscription status, remote settings, and other technical information required for the Application to function.
We do not use our VPN servers to store your browsing history, DNS queries, traffic content, or websites visited.
5. Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services and SDKs to support subscriptions, analytics, attribution, remote configuration, diagnostics, and app improvement.
These services may include:
- Apphud, for subscription management and purchase analytics
- AppsFlyer, for attribution, campaign measurement, and analytics
- Firebase Remote Config, for remote configuration and app settings
Amplitude, if implemented in the future, for product analytics.
These third-party services may process limited technical, usage, purchase, attribution, or device-related information according to their own privacy policies and data processing terms.
We do not allow third-party services to access your VPN traffic content, browsing history, DNS queries, or websites visited through the VPN connection.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. How We Use Information
We may use information described in this Privacy Policy to:
- provide and operate the VPN Service
- connect you to available VPN servers
- display connection status, My IP, Speed Test, and related features
- manage subscriptions and paid access
- verify purchase and subscription status
- provide customer support
- diagnose bugs, crashes, and technical issues
- improve app performance and reliability
- analyze app usage and feature performance
- measure marketing attribution, where permitted
- prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the Service
comply with legal obligations.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, we process personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:
performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the Application and subscription-based Service;
legitimate interests, such as maintaining security, preventing abuse, improving reliability, and understanding app performance;
consent, where required, such as for tracking permission or certain analytics and attribution activities;
legal obligation, where processing is required by applicable law.
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Because the Application does not use accounts, we generally cannot identify you directly unless you provide information manually or your data is processed through subscription, analytics, attribution, diagnostics, or support systems.
Support requests and manually submitted information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Subscription-related records may be retained as necessary to provide paid access, verify transactions, prevent fraud, support customer service, and comply with legal obligations.
Analytics, attribution, diagnostic, and remote configuration data may be retained according to the retention settings and policies of the relevant service providers.
We do not retain VPN browsing history, DNS queries, traffic content, or websites visited, because we do not collect or store this information.
9. International Data Transfers
We are established in Latvia.
Some third-party service providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, data processing agreements, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal data we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- request deletion of personal data
- request restriction of processing

Because the Application does not use accounts, we may need limited information from you to verify and process your request. In some cases, we may not be able to identify data related to you if we do not have enough information to locate it.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as applicable.
We do not sell your personal information.

12. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@kvisualsia.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information where required.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the Application.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through or processed by the Application.
14. Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects personal data and notification is required by applicable law, we will notify affected users and/or relevant authorities in accordance with legal requirements.
15. Regional Availability
The Application is not intended to be available in Mainland China or Russia.
We may restrict or discontinue availability of the Application, servers, or features in certain countries or regions where required by law, platform rules, operational limitations, or business decisions.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy in the Application, on our website, or through another appropriate method. The updated version will be effective as of the date stated at the top of the Privacy Policy.
Where required by law, we will request your consent before material changes take effect.
